Alternate payment arrangements

I would like to offer my clients the option to pay by ACH transfer wherein they provide the clinic their bank routing and account number and the practice auto charges their bank about after the clinical appointment. And I want to do this within IntakeQ instead of going to a different platform so that all invoicing and payment tracking occurs on the same IntakeQ platform. This offers the added benefit of the clinic not incurring the payment processor fees that are levied on credit card transactions. Having Credit Card or Debit Card as the only options is limiting.

I don't know if PQ uses the same payment processor backend for all PQ users, but we have the option for ACH. If you are in the client profile, our credit card tab is called "Cards/Banks" and either a credit card or ACH info can be entered from our end or from the patient side using our intake form. (One interesting note - a patient using the portal only has the option to input a credit card, which might be glitch with PQ)
Here is a picture of the section of our card on file form using the buit-in PQ card collection form
If you contact support, they may be able to help you with this.
