I just open two tabs for the day. One is for notes, one stays on booking.

I (and a lot of other people) do this too, doing more than one task at a time within a patient's chart (charting, prescribing, reviewing medications, reviewing older notes, etc). I would like a better way of managing this, the way other EHRs do it.
