Allow multiple emails per client

I work with children, and I would like to be able to have both parents' emails associated with the client so that forms and confirmation emails go to both parents.

In case it's helpful, I have been able to do that by adding them on the contact portion of the client's home page and then pressing edit to check the boxes of what notifications you want them to get/ have.
