Allow forms to do calculations

We have a form called "patient recommendations" that maps out a patient plan that allows clients to map out. treatment plan with their practitioner based on goals and budget. We need the form to do its own calculations.

Agreed. There needs to be some way to fill a numerical field calculated from the value of another numerical field. Examples would be KG calculated from LBS, CM calculated from IN, BMI calculated from KG & CM, MG/KG calculated from a "Dose" field and a "Weight" field. Having a "Calculated Value" as either a Question Type, or a field Type under Mixed Controls would be enormously helpful. Yes, we can embed an HTML/JS widget using the Smart Editor, but it's not as good as having a field auto-populate based on the input from another field.

Would be great to auto calculate percent accuracy on therapy goals.
