All forms show up on all practitioner dashboards

I would like for any form submission to show up on every practicioner dashboard. Or choose which practitioners will be seeing which specific templates

We share the same link with all clients that only is under the main practicioner account, but my nurses who are practitioners need to see the form and make notes on the client record. it would make the workflow simpler.
