Alert & Process for Rescheduled Sessions

I agree with what everyone has stated thus far. It would be extremely helpful for rescheduled appointments to comply with Booking Settings set for all other scheduled appointments.

yes! would love to put a reschedule fee in as well as cancellation, causing a charge if they reschedule within 24 hours, or whatever the practice' policy is

trying to bump this back up. It is incredibly frustrating when a client reschedules an appointment last minute and the system does not consider it a cancellation.

Yes. Once an appt is booked via widget, if they cancel/reschedule then it allows them. We had someone move an upcoming Tuesday AM on a Friday evening so we did not see it until Monday AM.
In short, if we have it set up that we want to confirm all appointments requested through the widget, then that should also apply to all cancellations and reschedules. Or it should allow windows (ie, 2 days/1 days/etc) for each type of change request that would need to be confirmed.

Yes please. We are moving appointments around constantly and once the notification is sent for the first appointment, there isn't a way to confirm the new appointment time unless I cancel the original one and start a new appointment.
