I'd appreciate an autogenerated After Visit Summary with patient's diagnosis, medicine changes and any other relevant info/recommendations (vitals, lab results, supplement recommendations, referrals) along with the ability to customize it and email or print for patients. I have plenty of patients asking me for clarification on what we discussed in appointment even if I verbalize it clearly. It looks like this request was posted 2023 but want to bring it back as I don't believe it was added. TY!
