Admin able to enter Practitioner NPI and License

When adding a new practitioner to an admin account, it would be nice to have the ability to add their NPI and License #. Currently, admin doesn't have that ability which means that the practitioner has to go into their account and do it. When I add a practitioner, I already know this information and it would be a simple fix.

YES, and we also need to be able to set up the provider account with all the correct notifications settings, instead of each person having to go in and set their account to be consistent with how the practice has decided to use the system.
