Thank you! Huge help for me to be able to add more than one tracker!

We have added some functionality here with the following:
- Ability to add up to 8 trackers
- Ability to add a note that’s viewable from the tracker
- Ability to set the color
- Task triggering options for whichever comes first, session total or end date.
Please take a look and let us know what you think!

Tyson Edwards: There's only one thing missing. We really need this to filter by TYPE. So 16 Speech sessions, 14 PT sessions etc. Many clients need a session limit by discipline rather than a total limit.
Tyson Edwards
Cherie Blickenstaff: You can now multiselect services to track. Does this help?
Cherie Blickenstaff
Tyson Edwards: Yes perfect!

Tyson Edwards: I noticed that new text was added to the tracker. If the end date is reached, it says that it expired with x sessions remaining, however the number is the original number, not the corrected number. In this case there were 7 sessions, and 6 were used, so the tracker should say 1 remaining.
Additionally it's confusing that all of the dates are 1 day off.
Tyson Edwards
Cherie Blickenstaff: Ok, thanks. We will look into.

Tyson Edwards: One thing we've noticed is that the session tracker is visible AFTER the appointment. I understand that you wouldn't want to count that session until it occurred, however it would be really helpful when looking at your appointments for the day/week if you could already see that someone has 1 session remaining etc.
Cherie Blickenstaff
Tyson Edwards: Is there any way to have also a daily tracker? Some of our clients have insurance restrictions based on how many days they come in, rather than how many appointments they have.
Tyson Edwards
We have plans for this.
The only thing is when you have multiples, it can be tricky to see what they are for. What would be the best way to differentiate between multiple banners? Would you want to display a title or maybe color code?

Tyson Edwards: I think a title would be easiest for our providers. Colors could work too as long as the color was the same for each type of appt for every patient (ex. cognitive was always blue, PT always red, etc.) If it could be made to keep track of sessions based on appointment type we could work with that. As an example, a patient has 6 sessions of vestibular therapy and 6 sessions of cognitive therapy with the same provider approved so each time they have a vestibular therapy appt scheduled it counts under that auth and each time a cognitive therapy appt is scheduled it counts under that auth.

Tyson Edwards: By Title, for us it's based on the discipline. Color would be an added nice visual, but the title is essential

Tyson Edwards: Thank you! For us, titles would work best. Thank you!

Yes! Most of our patient's have sessions auth'd for more than one type of treatment (ie. we have a lot of patient's receiving vestibular therapy and cognitive therapy) and we need to be able to keep track of them separately.
