Add Who created the Task

It would be helpful to see who created a task, especially when we create a task and assign it to someone else. Similar to the way the appointments are tagged with who created them.

was just posting same - to make it more obvious and save some extra steps when addressing a question about a client from staff and assigning it back to the originator of the task; getting to "activity" adds unnecessary steps

It says so under the activity tab on the task window, but I agree. It would be nice to know at a glance who made it.
