Add place of service for each procedure code

Please enable a way to show the place of service for each procedure code.
A patient informed me their insurance company requires: "Each procedure code must be shown separately with its own date, amount, and place of service code."
Currently, there is not a way to show the place of service code for each procedure code, only for the whole invoice. This presents an issue when billing multiple procedure codes on the same day, e.g. 99214+90836.
This would also help with generating an invoice with multiple visits at different locations (e.g. office, telehealth).

We need the ability to specify or change place of service on the note. This is the ideal way for clinicians to be able to specify the place of service for billing purposes, when the place of service is anything other than the default set in the service settings under booking settings. The ability for a clinician to indicate whether the patient was in home (PoS 10) or patient was not in home (PoS 02) for telehealth appointments is required for submitting claims. This is the easiest way for that to happen.
