Add $ or some other identifier that the patient invoice has been paid for a rendered date of service on the schedule/bookings, like check mark for patient self check in..

When patient is seen for office visit and an invoice is paid there is some change or symbol ($) indicating that that invoice for that specific date of service has been paid on the schedule/bookings.

This! In Jane, once a client has paid it shows a little dollar sign on their booking in the calendar. You can just look at their schedule and if the dollar sign's there you know they've paid already
