We need the ability to search for any session that has a missing note but has a claim tied to it.

Currently, you can search for missing session notes in the Lists > Appointments report. But we need the ability to filter sessions that have a missing session note but have a claim tied to them.

So we need a Claim Status drop down added to Lists > Appointments or to Lists > Notes.
