Actual Time for Telehealth

It would be nice for telehealth appointments to have the actual start / stop (client / clinician connected) times that are visible in the audit trail to automatically pop into the note. Currently, you can do this with the scheduled start / stop times but since practiceQ tracks the connection, it would be great to have that as an autofilled field for notes along with duration. Bonus / Kudos if it can flag CPT codes that are duration based if there's a mismatch.

we should to be able to view when/if a client has logged in for a telehealth call - they go to a waiting room until the provider logs in an they connect as we are currently only able to view the time that the client actually connects to the provider. Please show the time stamp for when the client first accesses the video call
