Please add this feature! Right now the only way to do this is to leave the client's chart, and it takes several steps. There should just be a search box within each client's chart

I desperately need a general search through all clients. I try my best to tag as many things as possible, but since tagging in IntakeQ is so inefficient, it's hard to remember everything. Sometimes I need to research a condition, advice, referral source, etc, and right now it's impossible to do unless I remember the client's name. A keyword search feature is necessary!
