And for the ability for everybody in said appointment to have it listed in their client Portal under the "Appointments" tab.
IntakeQ still does not provide the appointment information in the portal of everybody in a multiple client session. (i.e. Couples, families, etc)

The telehealth feature only allows 2 people to join, myself and 1 patient. Sometimes I have couples needing to join from spearate places.

Telehealth Link Access Limitation for Multiple Clients – HIPAA Compliance Risk

A single appointment that has multiple clients will not provide the telehealth session link for the all clients. Only the first client assigned is able to access the session link in their patient portal "Appointments" tab. I.e. A couples session would only provide the link to the first individual assigned on the appointment (see photo).
The only way the additional client(s) can receive the link is via email which must be sent manually. Not only does this require someone to remember or know to send the email, but an email containing a telehealth session link is not a HIPAA compliant method.

Could you add a feature to allow multiple participants on a telehealth appointment. This would be especially helpful for patients who need their POA present or a family member etc. It may also be a useful feature in the situation that doctors need to consult on a mutual patient or a patient's care team needs to come together and discuss care.

Multiple Attendees Telehealth

Host more than one attendee on a telehealth appointment. Many client parents want to join in our telehealth meetings regarding their child's treatment from separate locations. GoogleMeet and Zoom are no longer options for our company due to recent updates in our insurance contracts. I find myself repeating the same phrases weekly during these appointments (including this morning) about why we cannot host both parents simultaneously and in my appointment this morning was the second family requesting we change software to accommodate their needs.
