Allow Score Calculation Matrix Questions to Show Score Totals on Extract

When you leverage a "Matrix - Single Answer per Line" question type on a form, you should then be able to see the full score calculation when you extract the data related to that form in Excel format. Right now, it only shows when you look at the form responses within IntakeQ... maybe this could be an additional column on the extract that displays the total for that question with a header based on what's in the Question box, so for the attached example the header could be "Quality of Health & Life: Score". Happy to provide any further details to facilitate this endeavor! I think this would be really helpful for reporting, continuous improvement, etc.

Andrew Shirk tried browsing the IntakeQ Community group if that's what you're referring to but didn't see solutions for this specifically. Is there one you're thinking of?

Yes please to the above. It would also be helpful if the scoring matrix for multiple questions would allow you to set the scoring for each box in the matrix. Then you could have one matrix with the ability to set scoring in either direction first answer is worth 5 and last answer is worth 1 and then change it the other way around with the likert scale the same. This would allow mental health tools with specific order schema too be easier to build and grade.
