The way PQ formats superbills makes them unusable when submitting them to insurance companies. Some of us don't file claims but we give the patient a superbill in their portal or via snail mail so they can then send it to their insurance company. However, PQ does not link each procedure code with a diagnosis but just lists the diagnoses altogether. This renders the superbill unusable. Insurance companies will reject them. See the attached superbill from my Practice Fusion EMR. I want to switch to PQ but the superbill format is a deal breaker. Please consider improving the format.
