2-Way SMS Texting with Clients directly in IntakeQ

We currently use ReviewWave (https://www.reviewwave.com/business-texting/) for our 2-way SMS texting with patients which is really beneficial because they can text our office phone number as a form of communication and we can message them back via SMS with custom or templated responses... We can even text them photos and videos. With our old EHR, we used to have our appointment reminders send from our office phone number as well through the Review Wave integration so it would be awesome if we could have our text automations for appointment reminders, etc, sent from our Office Phone Number in addition to 2-way texting so its consistent.
With this feature, we'd encourage our clients to save our office phone number into their phone and inform them that they can call, text, leave a voice mail, and will be receiving all of their appointment reminders from this number (if applicable)...
Ideally we'd be able to SMS message our clients through the Secure Messaging section of IntakeQ or directly in the client profile page...

Only want this is the system will pull the text into the messaging portal. Otherwise it is too messy for managing all the communication in multiple places & for the sake of any audits to show in chronological order what went down. Thanks

Yes! this would be great. We currently use spruce for this and a third party is building a Spruce-IQ integration is my understanding

Text patients from PracticeQ

Please allow the ability to send text messages to patients who opt in for same. Perhaps we could have a small area in the margin where we can enter the text contents and click "send". I see most of my patients only one time, so the portal is clunky for us. The ability to text would be great.
Additionally, please add the option to text an invoice. No one checks their emails and paying from phones is super common now.
