$0 service NOT marked as UNINVOICED

Right now, when we have $0 as the price of the service, the appointment is marked as "uninvoiced"... We need an option for a FREE service that doesn't require an invoice. It should automatically be deemed as "Paid".
All of our initial services are "Free Consultations" and the rest are included in service packages (for the most part). It's a pain to invoice and enter payment as $0 for each and every one. Very inefficient for my team.

All you need to do is go into that service type and mark as "prevent insurance billing" and this will allow this service to not generate an invoice or a claim. We have a good amount of Probono pts and never have "uninvoiced" appointments. Hope this helps!

My workaround for this, when we have a patient who we either see pro bono or (for example) someone who may have had a last minute reschedule and we had already charged them and agreed to see later for free is the following.
I create the invoice, then click on "more" and "add note" explaining reason for $0 charge (for our record-keeping). Then, go to "invoice actions" and "edit invoice," click on the blue-hyperlinked "Discount" and I apply a 100% discount. This takes it down to $0, and then you can just Enter Payment and Record as paid with "Other" as the payment source. It will show up as invoiced and "PAID" but no cost to the patient.

So maybe a setting on the service to set as "Free". If this setting is enabled, the invoice would automatically be set as Paid.

Tyson Edwards: I believe that would be sufficient. Thank you!
