Would it be possible to get a standard treatment plan for the mental health forms? I know there are other platforms that offer this (such as SimplePractice, as it is a must for therapists and counselors, and it would be a lot easier to include a template that we could customize rather than having to manually add all the questions, since a mental health treatment plan has basic, standard parts.
