Automatic cancellation of appointments for incomplete forms

I would like appointments with incomplete forms to be automatically canceled. Or maybe just a reminder to be sent to me (in addition to the patient) regarding incomplete forms a set number of hours before a scheduled appointment. That way I can make sure forms are completed in advance.

We have appointments set up so that when the intake form is complete then, it approves the appointment requests.

However. is there a way to automatically decline an appointment requests if intake form is not complete within 48 hours? In this case, we would like it to be setup where it automatically sends a message to the patient why the appointment was declined along with how to reschedule.

I love this, Maybe give a few options on timing (48 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks). I think one or two weeks would be the longest I would want because I have an ADHD clinic and my patients need a bit more time for stuff like this, but give us too much time and we will procrastinate to the deadline EVERY TIME.

Yes!!! This!! I had to specifically make a protocol for my front desk staff to cancel appointments if take forms weren't completed within 48 hours. This should be automated, I shouldn't have to hire someone to do this manually.

I’d like this too. If it could be a way for us to select the date preference for the cancellation that would be great (ie 48 hour before, 72 hour before, 1 week before, etc…) or even the ability to select auto cancellation if the intake isn’t completed ‘X’ days/weeks after scheduling.

Yes! This would be great so we don't have to manually track if a new patient/client has completed their paperwork. Right now, they get appointment reminders but there is nothing that automatically cancels an appointment for a client that has not finished their paperwork in time.

I set up an automatic tag "intake needed" then delete when they complete it but this requires me to do more- which could be automated
