Ai Charting Assistant

Our old EHR, Practice Better just launched a new feature where you can record your Zoom sessions and an Ai system automatically creates notes from the transcribed session. Ie, if you say, "your goals are" or "please rate your symptoms" it will automatically record, transcribe, and populate what you said into your note. This would be transformational for our practice.

Just another vote for integrating with "Freed AI"--although, needs to work with airpods and I'm not sure they had that figured out last I checked...

I would love an option where we don't have to record sessions, I use Scribesly AI to type a few sentences and it creates my note. It would be cool to have an integration so I don't have to cut and paste it into my template every time.

Integration Upheal AI would be great

As a psychotherapist, I don't necessarily want my sessions recorded for client privacy reasons but I would like the ability to type in a few sentences in my progress note template and have a lovely DAP note created. I currently use autonotes.ai for this, but I would love to not have to cut, paste, and format every note.

I second Nabla, also upheal.io generates some amazing analytics from the audio it uses to generate the progress note.

Why did you switch from Practice Better-just curious
Shannon Beaver
Michelle Wolff no integrated insurance billing. If they would just integrate insurance billing, I would love to stay with them. But, without it, my admin has to build every claim by hand and we have virtually no financial reporting because we process non-insurance payments through Practice Better.

Shannon Beaver oh I see. I like the look of it. The AI feature would be amazing! I think everything is going that way!! But otherwise you liked it? I am cash pay so think it would work good. Seems
Easy to make notes and looks more up to date for scheduling I think.
Shannon Beaver
Michelle Wolff I was cash pay when I started with it - and yes, otherwise I love it. It's very easy for clients to interact with and clinicians. The interface is very pleasing. I really think that the app, tasks, and ability to create programs is all very nice. If I were cash pay, I would definitely stay with it. I like IQ, but the difficulties with interacting/connecting with clients through the portal messaging and no app are big draw backs.

Shannon Beaver I do believe that Practice Better does now integrate insurance billing FYI
Shannon Beaver
David Sitt they just started to....however, there are still a lot of limitations- like every copay needs individually processed. They may catch up, but its hard to keep waiting.
