We have added some new filters to help spot claims that need follow up.
The new filters can be found on
Lists > Claims
and List > Claims > Payments
The "Warning" filter will call out claims that may need follow up after the ERA comes back from the insurance payer by showing a colored icon next to the item. The following options are available.
- $0 Paid on Line Item
- Negative amounts on a line item
- Paid Amount Below Submitted Amount
Users can also filter by Procedure Code and Facility.
