Please give us the ability to search through a client's notes with a keyword. Often I will need to remember when something was noted in session, and I have to click on individual notes and read through to find it when it would be very simple to search the record with a keyword.

This is available from the Lists (Lists > Intakes, Lists > Notes) now. Please give it a shot.

Tyson Edwards any thoughts to adding a search function that’s available from within a patient’s chart? Like in the patient Overview?

Stephen Condouris There is different effort and UI there so it's a separate request. I have created that for you. As a workaround, please you the current implementation.

yes, this would help. also, allow the different tags to be a searchable keyword

Tyson Edwards: The search function is working well, but it's a little tedious. Usually I'm in a patient's chart when I want to search for something. Right now I need to leave the chart to go into notes, then search through notes for all of my patients. It would be so helpful if there were also just a search box within the patient's chart.

This would be excellent. There are times I need to reference something discussed prior, and I cannot find it.
